The enthusiastic response from the Cornish nightlife community was overwhelming, allowing Little South to become a crucial platform for local artists seeking exposure at events. As time went on, our reach expanded beyond Cornwall and encompassed artists and events from across the entire South West of England, UK. One of our defining features has been the opportunity to showcase DJ mixes through our podcast series. Since our establishment, we have actively published podcast mixes from some of the most talented DJs in the South West. These mixes serve as a testament to the exceptional skills and creativity of our region's DJs, providing a platform for them to showcase their talent to a wider audience.

At Little South, we have a strong commitment to nurturing nightlife and live music events. A crucial aspect of our work is event promotion, which we prioritize and strive to excel at. Our dedicated team actively seeks out localized, independent music events to showcase and promote. Additionally, we proudly provide a platform for major events happening throughout the South West region, including specialist music festivals and large capacity live music events. SHY FX has been scheduled to perform at Lusty Glaze beach in Newquay on July 10th for the Sundowner Sessions 2026. This event is set to take place from 6 PM to 11 PM and will feature musical performances from MC Rage, Konquerin Soundz, DJ Proof, and Aldo Vanucci, who will provide support throughout the evening.

What the organisers say

Known for era-defining tracks such as Original Nuttah, Shake Ur Body, and Roll the Dice, SHY FX has been at the forefront of British club culture for over two decades, from rave roots to festival main stages around the world. His Lusty Glaze debut promises an electrifying fusion of bass, beats and pure summer energy as the sun sets over the Atlantic ocean. 6pm - 11pm.

The site's ONLY access is via 133 steps so those with mobility issues may want to visit the site before purchasing tickets.
This is an all-age event but there is just one general admission ticket available - u18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Toilet facilities are very limited on the beach. Extra toilets will be provided in the car park at the top of the 133 steps.
