...from the warm grooves of house to the raw energy of techno, with tech house as my core style.

Please introduce yourself to those unfamiliar with your DJ sound.

My dj sound obviously depends on the type of gig I’m booked to play, but generally I have a wide range of sound. I’d like to think I am a genre-fluid DJ who navigates the spectrum from the warm grooves of house to the raw energy of techno, with tech house as my core style.

That feeling of seeing a crowd lose themselves in the music validates all the hard work...

What are your highlights of the past year and what is planned for the future?

The highlight for me so far this year was a most recent one actually. I played an Ibiza anthems set on a sunny Saturday afternoon into evening down at the Britannia Inn, Par (St Austell) beer garden. Bringing the sounds of the white isle to Cornwall felt great in the sunshine.

Tell us something positive to inspire future artists.

Remember why you started. For the pure love of music and the unique thrill of sharing it with others. You can create a great memory, be part of someone's special occasion, or simply provide a much-needed escape from the daily grind. That feeling of seeing a crowd lose themselves in the music validates all the hard work you put in.

What artists have inspired your DJ style?

Dj’s that have inspired my style in particular come from the North East of England and Scotland. Names such as Patrick Topping, Ben Hemsley, Ewan McVicar to name a few. These guys are known for there dynamic, versatile DJ sets that engage with the crowd and take them on a journey - from those groovy house baselines to high energy techno whoppers.

Talk us through your podcast mix track selection.

This podcast mix was a set I curated live as if I was dj’ing in a club at peak time with a room full of people. This is the kind of sound you can expect to hear when coming to see me play. I hope you enjoy the journey.
