Eco Park, Porthtowan

The Rambunctious Social Club is hosting a Mexican Night of the Dead Ball, offering a unique cultural experience. This event invites attendees to engage with the traditions of Mictlán through a lively atmosphere filled with mariachi, cumbia, and punk influences. It promises a vibrant celebration of Mexican heritage, encapsulating the spirit of community and joy.

Taking place at Mount Pleasant Eco Park's new venue, Skylarking, this event represents a creative opportunity to explore themes of life, death, and renewal through an immersive experience. Attendees are encouraged to dress up and participate in various activities, featuring extravagant set designs and interactive performances.

The event will showcase live music on the Templor Jaguar stage, featuring artists such as Akola Tambo, known for their traditional Afro-Colombian rhythms, and Las Chanchas, who will deliver energetic tropical cumbia straight from the Amazon. Additionally, the Rambunctious Social Club DJs, including DJ Hodguez, DJ Griff, and special guest DJ Dave Sir Vinyl, will contribute to the festive atmosphere. This celebration serves as not just a party but a festival in a night, highlighting the rich cultural tapestry of Mexican festivities.
