The enthusiastic response from the Cornish nightlife community was overwhelming, allowing Little South to become a crucial platform for local artists seeking exposure at events. As time went on, our reach expanded beyond Cornwall and encompassed artists and events from across the entire South West of England, UK. One of our defining features has been the opportunity to showcase DJ mixes through our podcast series. Since our establishment, we have actively published podcast mixes from some of the most talented DJs in the South West. These mixes serve as a testament to the exceptional skills and creativity of our region's DJs, providing a platform for them to showcase their talent to a wider audience.

Your podcast has just dropped - how would you describe your episode?
Erm shorter than usual! I’ve been making the most of the heatwave and the football so haven’t been playing around with new material much recently. Plenty of new bits on there as well as a couple of forthcoming dubs so it’s mostly very fresh!

What have you been up to so far this year?
Well after doing a couple of events with Rebellion DNB at the start of the year I’ve actually taken a bit of a step out of it as putting on the nights was taking up all my spare time so I really felt like I needed a break so I’ve only been taking DJ bookings so far this year!! Need to concentrate on my personal life for a bit. But I shall be back to start up some nights again soon!

Who are the current artists you are watching closely?
There’s a lot of new exciting artists out there at the moment. Too many to mention but some of the artists I’m watching at the moment are Bou, Dutta, Desire, Bassface Sascha and the more established Turno to name just a few!
