Event organisers are increasingly looking to Castles as the perfect venues for dance parties.
UK event organisers are turning to Castle locations for dance parties as they tick many boxes when it comes to event requirements. Many castles in the UK offer a secure cordon, large open spaces, parking, options for smaller secondary music stages and often have modern facilities to allow the event to be viable.
In the South West we have seen music events held at Exeter's Powderham Castle and even a small-scale dance pafty held at Pendennis Castle.
Tutbury Castle in Derbyshire, Acropolis will welcome acts from across the house and techno spectrum, and will mark the first time a festival has taken place in a castle in the UK. Among the acts confirmed for the first edition of the event is Alan Fitzpatrick, who'll perform alongside Bristol party-starter, Eats Everything.
