Little South is where the artists come to play - created with the goal of supporting and promoting local DJs and Producers in West Cornwall, UK, who specialize in various genres of dance music. The enthusiastic response from the Cornish nightlife community was overwhelming, allowing Little South to become a crucial platform for local artists seeking exposure at events. As time went on, our reach expanded beyond Cornwall and encompassed artists and events from across the entire South West of England, UK. One of our defining features has been the opportunity to showcase DJ mixes through our podcast series. Since our establishment, we have actively published podcast mixes from some of the most talented DJs in the South West. These mixes serve as a testament to the exceptional skills and creativity of our region's DJs, providing a platform for them to showcase their talent to a wider audience.

At Little South, we have a strong commitment to nurturing nightlife and live music events. A crucial aspect of our work is event promotion, which we prioritize and strive to excel at. Our dedicated team actively seeks out localized, independent music events to showcase and promote. Additionally, we proudly provide a platform for major events happening throughout the South West region, including specialist music festivals and large capacity live music events. By actively supporting and promoting these events, we aim to contribute to a thriving music scene and ensure that both local artists and established acts receive the recognition they deserve.

Watergate Bay, Newquay

The highly anticipated Boardmasters festival is set to make its triumphant return to the picturesque headland above Watergate Bay near Newquay, Cornwall in 2024. This year's lineup boasts an impressive array of talented artists, with headliners such as Stormzy, Sam Fender, The Streets, Eliza Rose, Becky Hill, Gok Wan, Holly Humberstone, and Hannah Laing set to perform across multiple stages overlooking the stunning Cornish coastline. Attendees can look forward to an unforgettable weekend filled with music, sunshine, and breathtaking views that will make this year's festival one for the books.

Inspired by the freedom, adventure and creativity of surfing and music, Boardmasters was born in 1981. The five-day event is situated across two stunning locations in Cornwall – UK surfing mecca, Fistral Beach, where world class International Surf Competitions take place, and the most stunning location in the country to watch live music, Watergate Bay.
