The South West underground scene is descending upon Penzance this Halloween as PICKLED and Big Love join forces for a massive multi-room venue takeover. The Lugger Inn will transform into a Berlin-style nightclub across three rooms of high-octane music on Saturday, 31st October. Running from 7:00 pm to 2:00 am, this spooky transformation promises the finest DJ curation of House, UKG, and heavy 140+ basslines, creating an unforgettable rave experience.
Headlining the night is Bristol musical legend Peter D (aka Peter D Rose), whose iconic career spans decades. As an early member of Massive Attack who co-wrote and produced material for the seminal Blue Lines album, and later a key fixture in Smith & Mighty, Peter D brings unmatched pedigree to the decks. Rave-goers can expect a masterclass in eclectic mixing, moving seamlessly through Jungle, Drum & Bass, heavy Dub, and Old School House. Joining him at the forefront is rising South West powerhouse Mia Pia, ready to ignite the dancefloor with her signature high-energy selections, infectious underground sounds, and notoriously dirty basslines.
An impressive roster of regional DJ talent including A-Little, Flo The DJ, Jake Healan, Joe, Karly Kissling, King Louie, Pauli, Randm & EMF, Robbo, and Thisisjaamhot. Tickets for this strictly 18+ event range from £15.40 to £20.90. With a last entry time of 11:00 pm and valid ID required, dance music fans are encouraged to secure their entry early for Penzance’s biggest Halloween showdown.

Peter D known as one of Bristol's musical legends officially joined
SMITH & MIGHTY in the late 90’s, he's known for his musical productions and eclectic Dj sets from Jungle/Drum & Bass,Dub/dub related to Old School House and soulful grooves.
Peter D Rose in the late 80s kicked off his musical career as a member of early Massive Attack writing and producing on what later became the “Blue Lines”album. Never ending up signing a record deal with the group. In the early 90’s he was producing for the likes of Maxi Priest on his best selling album “Bonifide”.
MIA PIA
MIA PIA brings high-energy, multi-genre infectious underground sounds to the dancefloor. Known for her energetic sets, dirty bass-lines and feel-good selections, she’s quickly making her mark on the South West scene.
