Little South is where the artists come to play - created with the goal of supporting and promoting local DJs and Producers in West Cornwall, UK, who specialize in various genres of dance music. The enthusiastic response from the Cornish nightlife community was overwhelming, allowing Little South to become a crucial platform for local artists seeking exposure at events. As time went on, our reach expanded beyond Cornwall and encompassed artists and events from across the entire South West of England, UK. One of our defining features has been the opportunity to showcase DJ mixes through our podcast series. Since our establishment, we have actively published podcast mixes from some of the most talented DJs in the South West. These mixes serve as a testament to the exceptional skills and creativity of our region's DJs, providing a platform for them to showcase their talent to a wider audience.

At Little South, we have a strong commitment to nurturing nightlife and live music events. A crucial aspect of our work is event promotion, which we prioritize and strive to excel at. Our dedicated team actively seeks out localized, independent music events to showcase and promote. Excited is an understatement when we found out that Jack Nask aka Morphosis was planning a solid drum and bass podcast mix for us. This mix is full of stomping jungle and dnb tracks inspired by a recent DJ set supporting Ed Solo in the Alps!

Hi Morphosis, great to have you back for another Podcast Mix. What have you been upto this year so far?
Highlight has to be the week long Piste Bash Festival in Méribel, great snow, great gigs!

Talk us through your tune and musical style for this mix.
Felt like switching things up a bit for this podcast, took inspiration from supporting Ed Solo out in the Alps and went with a full on D&B/Jungle rinse out.

What's ahead for you this summer?
Lots of good stuff lined up, next up we’re playing The Terrace in Plymouth on May 5th, supporting the Stereo MCs at The Pigs Nose Inn on May 18th and a HKPP Takeover at Shindig Weekender May 23rd 2019.
